Feature Day Wahoo

Welcome to my feature day! I'm so very glad Unity does this for their customers,
it really lets you know what kind of company it is
and seriously, I feel like a queen for the entire week!

I wanted today's project to really stand out
Here it is

this is a 6"x6" canvas that has had Gesso and multiple layers of Glazing and acrylic paint applied to it
it's been painted, smeared, scrapped, and wiped. That's just the background.
The hearts are a mask from UmWow Studio which I used with Light Molding Paste, once it was dry I pained and splattered it with Golden Acrylic Paint.
While I was waiting for the Paste to set-up, I stamped two of the butterflies from the Nov. 2014 SMAK with Ranger Archival Ink then painted it with Golden Paint.
Next I stamped the Sentiment using the same Ink, I love the imperfect stamp I got from it.
I found some of my older son's used guitar string (which he had just happened to wind like this) so I applied some E6000 (mega stinky) glue.
I used pop dots and layered the butterflies before adding them on top fo the guitar strings.

Comment for a chance to win! That's right, 2 random people will be chosen to win 25 random stamps from Unity Stamp Company! You can go back to Monday & Tuesday of this week and comment on those posts for more chances at winning. Two more posts to come this week, stay tuned!
